We are Esther and Dimitar, the founders of <strong>Coaching<span style=\"color: #993300\">Match<\/span><\/strong>. We have <strong>Coaching<span style=\"color: #993300\">Match<\/span><\/strong> founded with a mission: to improve the well-being of pupils and teachers through coaching and after-school activities. As partners and experienced teachers (Dimitar as a PE teacher), we understand the challenges you and your students face.<\/p>\n<p>Onze coaching biedt niet alleen begeleiding aan leerlingen, maar richt zich ook op leerkrachten. Stress, burn-out klachten en ongewenst gedrag in de klas zijn helaas veelvoorkomend in het onderwijs, evenals rouw en verlies. Wij weten hoe belangrijk het is om een veilige en ondersteunende leeromgeving te cre\u00ebren. Daarom leren we, samen met onze coaches, de leerkrachten om effectief om te gaan met ongewenst gedrag in de klas, stress- en burn-out te voorkomen en geven we hen tools om hun eigen welzijn te waarborgen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coaching<span style=\"color: #993300\">Match<\/span><\/strong> biedt ook een heel breed scala aan <span style=\"color: #993300\"><strong><a style=\"color: #993300\" href=\"https:\/\/www.coachingmatch.net\/en\/after-school-activities\/\">after-school activities<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.
